The IUB^TM Ballerine^® MIDI (Ocon Healthcare Ltd., Israel) is a uniquely designed spherical intrauterine copper device that better conforms to the uterine cavity, thereby minimizing endometrial irritation and ensuring maximal comfort.  Compared to standard T shaped IUDs, the IUB has been shown to eliminate malpositioning and reduce expulsion.
