Adir’s offer include several Cabernet Sauvignons and a couple of Port-style wines. The winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon is called Plato. Blended with seven per cent Shiraz, Plato received recognition at Israel’s Terravino International Wine Exhibition as one of the top Israeli wines in its category. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Ben Zimra 07, is medium-full bodied, with aromas of raspberries, cherries and plums, along with hints of warm spices.
